Hiring the hall

1.      Use of 3 different rooms:

Hirers are expected to ensure appropriate consideration has been given to any COVID-19 guidance at the point of hire. This may mean a reduced capacity to protect any vulnerable users who may attend or (but not limited to) the need for social distancing

  • Small Room (Up to 8 people seated for a meeting)
  • The Russell Room (up to 30 seated for a meeting)
  • Main Hall (max. 170 standing, 100 sitting – see Terms & Conditions)

2.      Kitchen facilities (free with Main Hall)

3.      Hire of cutlery/crockery/furniture etc. for external events

4.      Car Park – included in Room Hire but can be hired for external events

5.      Wheelchair access

Insurance arrangements

All hirers must read the summary of the insurance cover provided by the Owslebury Parish Hall Committee.   If the cover does not meet your requirements when using the hall then it is your responsibility to obtain further adequate insurance for your event
