Please note that members of the public and press are invited to attend and listen at all Council meetings. Council meetings are held in public but are not public meetings. The only public participation is during the public session, following our Standing Orders. It is essential that residents contact the Parish Clerk to register their request to speak.

Agendas for Full Council meetings are normally added to the website on the Monday, prior to the meeting which gives the minimum 3 clear days notice. Meeting Papers are normally added on the Wednesday before the meeting.

Full Council meetings will be held the second Monday of every month (except August) at 7pm in the Parish Hall unless otherwise stated on the agenda
